RE: INVITATION TO THE LAUNCH OF JOURNALISTS TRAUMA HANDBOOK

The Kenya Correspondents Association (KCA) wishes to invite you to the launch of a journalist’s trauma handbook: “Healing the Messenger” at the Sarova Panafric Hotel in Nairobi on June 26, 2009 from 6.00 pm Kenya time. The booklet is part of the outcome of a trauma counseling initiative launched in March 2008 in the wake of the post election violence to help journalists cope with the effects of the traumatizing experiences they went through as they covered the violence.
